Centro Servizi Associati (CSA) is a non-profit organization specialized in the social welfare and educational sector for minors, young people, adults and the elderly, founded in 1986 with the aim of pursuing the social integration of citizens and their employment. The EU experience gained over the years has allowed to transmit a culture of sustainability and developing synergies with public and private institutions, companies and universities.


Centro Servizi Associati-CSA is a social enterprise existing since 1986 that enhances and promotes semantic data networking, primarily in the field of  environmental sustainability (Nature and biodiversity, circular economy; quality of life, clean energy transition,)HR,digital humanities using expertise and devices ranging from laptop computers to smartphones and tablets. 

CSA (with 90 employees and external experts) sees itself as a community and a contactpoint for this, it collects information on this topic and makes it publicly available.

The Association promotes training, education and as well as research and teaching to drive solutions and take action on the world's most pressing sustainability issues as transforming the practices and policies that govern capital markets;  to drive the large-scale behavior and systems change needed to achieve a net zero emissions economy.

The CSA's commitment to internationalisation is reflected in its agreements with universities, SMEs, Clusters, HUBs, trade unions, Adult Institutes of all over the 27 Member States, that potentiates exchanges and joint Adult education and cooperation project for lectures, educators, managers, trainers and staff, and with the creation of an International Projects Office, that brings specialised support to professionals and staff in the preparation of projects and, once granted, in its management and implementation within the institution. 

CSA is support for innovation and the projectual approach, in order to improve the ability to provide timely responses compared with the dynamic market developments and the varied demand for services with Policy makers on multiple levels and are addressed to the territory, the person, the community and ong on the effects of methods and processes in career counseling, life meaning and work meaning, existential psychology in the workplace for job performance . 

CSA has 3 units in San Vendemiano-Veneto Region, located in urban and in industrial transition areas and offers several training courses for IVET, CVET/ADULT and TVET year around 1300 learners (7–65 years old), most of them with fewer opportunities, migrant background and dropout history. The learning path is based on learner-centred approaches and principles of inclusive education. In addition, Career Guidance services are provided by 12 professionals to all students, learners and educators.Most of the Adult programmes offered by CSA are based on the national dual system with a strong component of work-based learning aiming to meet the needs of the labour market and boost employability.Currently we are implementing courses on the following main vocational areas: Europlanning (CDSA is accreditated KA1 for Adult 21-27), Circular Economy; ICT Multimedia VR-AR; Mechatronic working and Maintenance; Healthcare Services (with ASL 2). CSA and our influential networks have achieved significant progress in integrating sustainability into the capital markets. However, private and public sector progress is not happening fast enough or with the right level of ambition to tackle the climate crisis, as well as the growing threats around deforestation, water scarcity and pollution. We need swift action from capital markets to scale solutions. CSA educates and engages regulators, financial institutions, investors and other capital market influencers to act on the climate crisis as a systemic financial risk through key initiatives, like as RESOURCE ERASMUS Project. 
Regarding the planning and management of the project in compliance with the rules of the Erasmus+ CSA can count on working partners with an adequate legal and managerial preparation and managerial background.

Established in 1953, The Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel (SPNI) is Israel's leading environmental non-profit organization. For over 60 years SPNI has been dedicated to protecting and preserving Israel's natural resources, environment, natural assets and unique landscape. The work carried out by SPNI now will determine what the land of Israel will look like for generations to come.


Szatyor Association

Szatyor Association is based in Hungary and has developed and realized projects since 2011. Our main topics are environmental consciousness, volunteering, community development and youth involvement. 

Our projects in Budapest focuses on raising awareness and providing alternatives for people living in urban settlements. We also realize project in the countryside of Hungary, in Etyek, where we aim to involve the local community in ecological thinking and empower mainly young people to become more active in finding and realizing solutions.

We host and support ESC long and short term volunteers and realize KA1 and KA2 projects within the Erasmus + program.

The Basque Association of Local Development Agencies GARAPEN is a professional association that intends to bring together 34 development agencies constituted by local institutions in the Basque Country. The agencies within GARAPEN offer their services to 189 cities and towns (including Bilbao, Donostia-San Sebastián and Vitoria-Gasteiz), covering a population of 1.997.554 inhabitants, 91% of the total population of the Basque Country.

The main objectives of GARAPEN are:

- To promote the exchange of information and knowledge between stakeholders, developing collaboration and cooperation projects;

- To offer services for agencies to develop synergies in programmes of common interest;

- To build common criteria and positioning regarding issues within their spheres of action, before other public or private entities.



ITALCAM (DE) is a no-profit association of industrial and commercial enterprises, professionals, traders and institutions who wish to work actively to develop economic relationships in Europe, especially between Italy and Germany. ITALCAM promotes and supports the different phases of the internationalization process, providing commercial assistance to German and Italian enterprises through its large international networks.

Ihobe’s aim is to improve the environment by incorporating environmental criteria into sectoral policies as an element that brings sustainable competitive value for our country and its organisations.


DURANGALDEA COMMONWEALTH, is a supra-municipal institution consisting of 10 municipalities, established in 1971 . The main objective is to promote the well-being, and to promote sustainable local development, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals set out in the 2030 Agenda.


GOIERRI VALLEY:  The Goierri area is a small zone of inland Guipúzcoa. Economic activity is based fundamentally on the industrial sector. The Development Agency GOIEKI was founded in 1993 by the 18 Town Councils of the area. The agency manages different projects defined in the regional strategic plan in the fields of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Tourism and Sustainable Development.


DEBEGESA, is the Economic Development Company in Debabarrena. It was set up in 1985, with the aim of promoting sustainable development in the area, transforming local needs into specific actions for improvement.


IRAURGI BERRITZEN, is the development and innovation agency of Urola Erdia. The agency is in charge of developing public policies and strategies for the socio-economic promotion in collaboration with local councils. The slogan " Together Transforming the region " summarizes the three main principles of its work philosophy.



SAVNO was created in 2002 and is both a private (10%) and public (90%) company.
SAVNO manages urban waste in 42 municipalities throughout the Province of Treviso, an area covering 1000 Km2 with 300.000 inhabitants.
Its mission is to provide modern, efficient and economic services to manage waste in an integrated way.
In detail SAVNO manages:

  • "door-to-door" waste collection;
  • waste disposal;
  • similar waste;
  • eco-centres;
  • public green areas;
  • street cleaning;
  • tax regulation;
  • public information campaigns.


Piave Servizi Water provides notification of underground drinking water pipes using a SAR sensor based on aircraft. The problem of water loss is a worldwide problem and very far to be resolved. With this technology can have a great contribution to answer the regulations of the Authority and follow a sustainability policy”. The Piave Servizi water network contains 3264km of pipe and the entire network will be covered twice a year for the three-year contract. Utilis has operated in Italy since 2017, but this is the first time they have used aircraft-based SAR. Currently this service is only available in Italy.


Treviso is a city in the Veneto Region, in the northern part of Italy. It is the capital of the province and it is around 30 Km far from Venice. The Municipality  covers an area of 55.5 Km2 with a population of almost 86.000 inhabitants. Treviso is an ancient city that flourished during the Middle Ages. The historic city center is surrounded  by  an extensive systems of defensive walls, guard towers and gate built in the 15th century and still in good conditions. Treviso is known by two other names, Citta' d'acqua (City of Water), derived from the numerous canals that loop through town, shooting off the Sile and Cagnan,   and Citta' Dipinta (Painted City), derived from the frescoed facades of Treviso's buildings. The economy of the city is characterized of an industrial sector composed mainly of manufacturing companies of medium-small size. The primary sector presents an interesting crop variety, but Treviso it is internationally  known for being the original production area of Prosecco wine  and Treviso red radicchio DOP. Tourism is constantly growing with an increase in visitors, especially foreigners, thanks to its strategic position, being  between Venice  other 2 Unesco sites ( Prosecco’s hills and Dolomites) and  also to the numerous cultural initiatives organized in these past years.
